Young Adults meet every third Sunday night at 7:00 for Tapping Into Theology, and gather frequently to enjoy fun outings like movies, day trips, Bradley Basketball games, and more. Young adults also participate in many of UPC's sports fellowships like the softball team, basketball, volleyball, golf and disc golf. The young adults also go on a weekend mission trip every year and are active participants in UPC's Faith in Action program. YOUNG ADULT MISSION TRIP

Each year young adults from UPC go on a weekend mission trip to serve together. This is a great opportunity to build community, learn about issues of poverty, disaster assistance, and other needs, and put our faith into action. Cost for the trip is relatively low ($30-$50) because some of the costs are offset by the mission committee.

Tapping Into Theology

Tapping Into Theology is for young adults (21-39) who want to gather in a fun and relaxed atmosphere to discuss contemporary issues of faith and culture that directly affect them. Tapping Into Theology meets on the third Sunday of the month at 7:00 pm at Donnelly's Pub. We have previously discussed the problem suffering, worry and stress, science and faith, the Sacraments, and the role of organized religion in faith.
